The fund has access to properties that are part of larger portfolios sold by commercial banks comprising real estate secured claims & Real Estate Owned properties. During the tender process of an NPL portfolio, the REO Fund underwrites selected REO assets and real estate secured claims proving that collateral securing such claims is eligible for further development after repossession.
The investment fund focus on Central and South-Eastern Europe provides attractive risk-adjusted return profile while investing through a Luxembourg special limited partnership (RAIF SCSp) enables investors to benefit from the well-established regulatory regime in Luxembourg:
